Overview

Content Filter AI (“we”, “us”), a product by MOQ Automation, helps creators check a video for monetization risk before uploading it to YouTube. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account details: your email and name, used to sign you in and identify your account.
• Videos you upload: stored securely only while your scan runs, then deleted automatically.
• Scan results: the risk report, timestamps, and screenshots we generate.
• Billing details: handled by our payment providers (Paddle.com for international cards, Safepay for Pakistani cards); we never see or store your card number.
• Usage data: basic logs to keep the service reliable and secure.
• Signup network: the IP address you sign up from, kept for 35 days to stop people from creating many free trial accounts.
• Bot check: signup, login and password reset use Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm you are a person; Cloudflare processes basic browser and device signals for this.

How we use it

We use your data to run scans, show your history, process payments, support you, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

Your video content

Your uploads are yours. We keep a video only while we scan it: as soon as your report is ready (or the scan fails), the video is deleted automatically, and any upload that is not scanned is deleted within 24 hours. Your report keeps the risk scores, timestamps and the screenshots of flagged moments, which you can delete anytime from your account. We never share your videos with other users or use them to train any model.

Data retention & your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service.
